AI in Business: The Real Data & Change Journey at Dale Farm

September 29 @ 12:00 13:00

29th sept webinar (2)

AI is creating new opportunities for businesses across every sector, from improving productivity and automating processes to enhancing quality, customer service, decision-making and supporting growth.

But how do businesses move from exploring the potential of AI to actually putting it to work? In many cases, the starting point is having the right data, processes and foundations in place.

In this E-DATA Collaborative Network peer learning session, we’ll be joined by Michael Young from Analytics Engines and Andrew Murray from Dale Farm to explore how businesses can prepare for AI, with practical considerations around data readiness, skills and internal buy-in. We’ll also look at where AI can genuinely add value today and some of the pitfalls businesses should avoid.

As part of the E-DATA Collaborative Network’s peer learning approach, the session will also give attendees the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and discuss their own challenges and ideas with the speakers and other businesses.

Andrew Murray, Head of Data and Analytics at Dale Farm, will share insights into the company’s data transformation journey, discussing the challenges of modernising legacy processes and systems, developing a data-driven culture, and establishing the foundations required to support future AI-driven innovation.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about government-funded support available through E-DATA, including an SME Digital Readiness Assessment, mentoring, project-based support and training to help businesses explore, adopt and benefit from digital technology, data and AI.
