E-DATA Continuous Improvement with Lean – Belfast

Join E-DATA at Innovation Factory in Belfast for a free workshop on using Lean thinking to improve everyday business operations. Dr Aurora Dimache, Senior Lecturer at ATU, will introduce Lean approaches and tools, with practical industry insight from John Roulstone, Operations Manager at KIRCHHOFF Letterkenny. Through examples from manufacturing, participants will explore the five core Lean principles and ways to identify unnecessary steps, reduce waste and improve processes.

The session will help SMEs understand how small changes can support sustainable improvement and how Lean tools can be applied in their own businesses. It is aimed at businesses looking for practical ways to make their day-to-day operations work more smoothly.
